1) Packaging- the set arrived in my driveway on a pallet with
cardboard and tape galore- It appeared that some of the chairs were returns that had been repackaged as the tags were missing on four of them and the brown paper around the arms and legs had been reapplied and secured with packing tape. It took me longer to remove the packaging materials from these four chairs than it did to assemble the table.
Another observaton was that there were no pilot holes drilled in the underside of the table where the base attached to the table.. This made it difficult to determine where to drill the screw hole ( in the plastic sheeths) so that it would line up with the pilot holes that were in the arms of the table base.
There was a part that was missing and when notified it was sent promptly.
